ouch. having pain in the stomach for nearly 3days already, it just wont go away. hopefully tomorrow it will......
the last time i had it, wasnt this bad, now it make loud noises, the pain just makes u want to cry..
really so uncomfortable.

its feels:
like i need to throw up but can't..
like there is too much air inside...
sometimes it gets to the throat and makes it hard to swallow(this could be paranoia)..
i might think i need to go toilet but its just a waste of time ...
my stomach feels "tired" in some sort of way making me so hard to move about..
and at some point can feel a burning sensation suddenly...
perhaps it is IBS which is a _____ disorder.

and its... 4plus am. trying to nap early, hoping to not wake up so late and do useful stuffs.. haha..
but somehow my stomach seems to want me to rest somemore..
and there is no one to complain to coz everyone is asleep..
so here i am typing away and talking to myself..
