recently got twitch on my eye, only to find it swell up too. at my eye bag there. it was huge.

hah.

maybe it stress or whatever eh.

now it got better cause i refrain from cold drink or sweet drinks. no more western food. eat proper food for now. in time to come,need to control my food intake, if not im sure more will happen other than swelling eye. i read the net about eyes, i thought it was a sty. but it didnt fit into my category.

its juz a lump, blue black, no pain and make my eye sore. had it for about 3 days. now going down.

i hope it get well soon. and hope i be healthy.
